What made it even more memorable was the peaceful solitude, as there weren’t many tourists around. It was just us and the sound of the waves.

The best part? You can visit the lighthouse any day of the week from 10 AM to 6 PM, and the entry is free! While there, don’t forget to bring your camera—those panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean are something you’ll want to capture.

<h3>Adventuring to the Caves</h3>

One of the lesser-known attractions on Pancha Island is the network of coastal caves, shaped by years of erosion. As we ventured deeper into these naturally formed wonders, we heard the thrilling sound of the waves crashing against the rocks. Exploring these caves felt like stepping into another world, especially with the way the sunlight streamed in, casting dramatic shadows.

If you’re an adventurer, you’ll love the cave exploration tours that start at 11 AM and 2 PM daily. The guided tour lasts about two hours and costs €15 per person. It’s a bit of a workout, but so worth it for the experience and the stories you’ll take home!

Not far from the caves, we stumbled upon Playa Secreta, a small hidden beach with crystal-clear waters and soft, golden sand. We spent a couple of hours just lounging in the sun, soaking in the tranquility. It’s easy to miss, as there are no signs pointing to it—but that’s what makes it so special! We practically had the entire beach to ourselves.

The prices are quite reasonable, too. Expect to pay around €120 per night for a double room, with breakfast included. Faro Lodge also offers bike rentals, which is a great way to explore the island at your own pace.
